This experience will consist of a mix of outdoor adventures, industry-leading seminars and fine dining with your team. Outdoor wear (trail shoes/boots, layers for colder weather) as well as business casual can be expected. The weather in Montana is always changing so please check the forecast. And since a lot of this experience will be outdoors, sunscreen and insect repellent should also make your packing list.

There will also be a lot to learn! These leadership training exercises and lessons will be team focused with open discussion. Be ready to take notes and ask questions. But don’t be too dependent on technology. While The Sacajawea has Wi-Fi, you will find yourself disconnected more often than not. There will be times when you’re away from all connection and that is by design. We want you to be in the moment and absorb the teachings.
